For the % Sold value, this is how many properties have sold within the last 12 months.

The way we determine this is by sale records from the county.

For the % Likely Sellers Sold value, this is how many properties we scored that sold in the last 12 months.

Below is an example explanation:

In the county Nueces, under % Sold, 0.24% of properties have sold in the last 12 months.

This includes properties that we scored and properties that we didn't score.

For the value under % Likely Sellers Sold, 0.48% of the properties that we scored were sold.

So what this shows us is if we only focused on properties that PN scored, we have a higher chance of obtaining a sale (or multiple sales) than if we targeted all the properties within Nueces county.
