1. Log in to Rethink

2. Click the settings cogwheel in the upper-right corner, then choose Setup

3. Type “Duplicate” in the Quick Find box, then click on Matching Rules

4. Click on the rule called “ReThink Property Duplicate matching rule”

5. Click the Clone button

6. Edit the Rule Name to something like “REthink Property Duplicate Matching Rule - Custom” and the Unique Name to “REthink_Property_Duplicate_Matching_Rule_Custom”

7. Next, under Matching Criteria, change the Matching Method for Address to ‘Exact’ instead of ‘Fuzzy’

8. Click Save

9. Next, click Duplicate Rules on the left side

10. Click on the rule called “REthink Property Duplicate Rule”

11. Click the Edit button

12. Under Matching Rules, select the newly-created matching rule from the previous steps

13. Click Save

14. The property should now sync
