How to remove Duplicates from Mailers

This article explains how to remove duplicate owner addresses from your mailing list

1. Click on Send Mail

Click on Send Mail

2. If you see the blue banner, then you have duplicate owners in your selection

If you see the blue banner, then you have duplicate owners in your selection

3. Click on Download

Click on Download

4. Click on Property Search

Click on Property Search

5. Open the downloaded .csv file and review which records are duplicated

6. Deselect duplicate owner records

Using the downloaded .csv, deselect all the records that have duplicate owners except one so you can still send mail to that owner

7. Click on Send Mail

Click on Send Mail

8. Confirm the blue banner doesn't appear

9. If it doesn't appear:

Then you don't have duplicate owner addresses in your selection and can proceed with your mailers

10. If the blue banner appears:

You still have duplicate owner addresses selected and will need to repeat steps 3-7.
