How to Mass Add Notes

This article explains how to mass add notes to your selected records

1. Select the records you want to add notes to

2. Click on Add Note

3. Type in the note you want to add to ALL the selected records

4. Click on Save

5. You can review the latest note for a record by adding the column Notes

6. You can also view your note on the Owner Detail page

7. You're added note will appear within the Notes area

8. To add a note from the Owner Details page, Click on Add Note
