# of Resi Units Number of Residential Units in the Property, this field varies by county as some counties provide this information and others do not
Address Combined street address of the property
Air Conditioning Code The type of air conditioning used to cool the building
APN Assessor's Parcel Number or Parcel Identification Number. An arbitrary parcel identifier assigned by the county Assessor to simplify identification and expedite the locating of parcels
Assd Year Year the municipality has assessed values on a property
AssessorsMapRef1 Standardized to identify each portion.
Asst Improvement Val The current assessed value of the improvements only (before exemptions, if any) as reported on the current county tax/assessment roll.
Asst Land Value The current assessed value of the land only (before exemptions, if any) as reported on the current county tax/assessment roll.
Available Equity The property value minus the total outstanding debt
Basement Code The type of basement in the building
Bath Fixtures # The total number of bathroom plumbing fixtures
BathFull Number of full bathrooms in a building
Baths Partial # Number of partial baths in a building
Bldg Size(sq ft) The size of the building in Square Feet. This field is most commonly populated as a cumulative total when a county does not differentiate between Living and Non-living areas.
Block The block of the subdivision or city in which the property is located.
Building Class Type The primary building type
Building Condition Type Condition of the building
Building Quality Quality of the contraction
Buyer Buyer 1 Full Name

Cemetery Exemption Indicates if the property has a Cemetery Exemption
Census Tract Census Tract, Census Block and Census Block Suffix. These numbers are established by the US Department of Commerce Bureau Of The Census.

Sum Adj Area SqFt This is the square footage used by the county or local taxing / assessment authority to determine Improvement Value. This figure is typically 100% of the living area, plus lower percentage of non-living area.
Sum Basement SqFt This is total square footage associated with Basement portion of a building. This would include both finished and unfinished areas.
Sum Garage SqFt This is the total square footage of the primary garage or parking area (i.e., commercial). This includes both finished and unfinished areas.
Sum Gross Area SqFt This is the square footage for the entire building. Typically this represents all square feet under the roof.
Sum Living Area SqFt This is the area of a building that is used for general living. This is typically the area of a building that is heated or air conditioned and does not include Garage, Porch or Basement square footage.
Tax Delinquent Year 1 The initial tax year of delinquency
TaxAmount Amount of tax due from a property owner
TaxRateCodeArea Represents separate tax jurisdictions within the county as provided on the county tax/assessment roll

Title Company 1 Name of the recording company on the first position loan. Typically this is the title company, but recording services and attorney codes are also collected.
